Instructor: Sim Yin Tan, MS
Dr. Sim Yin Tan is a Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Department of Pediatrics at the USF Rothman Center for Neuropsychiatry. She received her Ph.D. in School Psychology, with a dual emphasis in pediatric psychology and school-based mental health from the University of South Florida in 2015. Dr. Tan's clinical and research activities focus on the quality of parent-child interaction, treatment for anxiety disorders, interventions for disruptive behaviors, and health-related quality of life in youth infected with HIV/AIDS. She works with children, adolescents, as well as adults and specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy, including exposure and response prevention, habit reversal training, and parent training.

Instructor: Heather Agazzi, PhD
Dr. Agazzi is an assistant professor of Pediatrics at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine and a licensed psychologist. Her primary clinical interests involve the evaluation and treatment of disruptive behavior disorders, including autism spectrum disorders. Similarly, her research focuses on parent training programs to treat disruptive behavior in very young children. Dr. Agazzi is currently studying the effect of Parent Child Interaction Therapy on the mental health status of mothers of children with autism spectrum disorders.
